NOC needed of loan closure for my bikes KA 03 HJ 6218

Trying to contact the branch where loan was acquired, not able to get a hold of them as it says temporarily closed & other multiple reasons, unable to connect with them over the telephone either, highly frustrated with this situation as it is making me feel helpless
