How to get noc for two Wheeler from family credit...

Myself Sujit Das, purchased a Two wheeler on August, 2011 which registration number is WB18G3221Hypothecation with Family Credit Ltd. The Loan was already closed in 2014. But till now I don't have received any kind of Documents. Now I humble request for my NOC of This Loan.
