This is to bring to your kind attention that i had a vehicle loan with you past. I had repaid all my dues long time ago. Now i see that this loan is yet to get the clearance as it's affecting my credit report which states that it is still open status and i see it affecting my credit score badly. I was informed by your representative that i have cleared my dues and will have the noc sent to my address in the year 2011..
