I got debited for bounce charges thrice where i received sms from ltfs that due to bounce of emi next emi will rs. 6680/-
I. E. This emi + next emi + bounce charges = 6680/- due on 3 may 2019.

But when i checked my statement you have put thtee request of emi (Without any notification), and due to that bank charged my three timefor bounce charges. (590*3=1770/-)

Is it right way to treat your customer...??

After that your collection agent called me and ask for due amount recovery...

When i got sms from you that you are going to charge me with full amount on next emi date then why should i pay to your recovery agent??

Kindly check the issue and get back to me with resolution... On priority.

Note:- i don't want to damage my cibil score due to your mistake.

I have financed two wheeler loan (Agreement no:1769088) in family credit limited, after 6 months i have received a call from head office of family credit and they offered a personal loan based on two wheeler loan repayment, i have took personal loan, now i have paid all dues of two wheeler loan, i have requested for noc, the company says i have to settle the personal loan, once i settled the personal loan they will issue a noc, i paid that personal loan (Agreement no:2301088). But after that i'm not yet received my noc. When i call they asked so much of documents like kyc, but when we offered a loan they got all the documents, soi required noc, please advice further procedure to get noc.

I had take a loan for 2 wheeler for honda shine bike, the dealer suggested me l&t finance loan and we done within 2 days. But neither dealer or l&t executive told about bouncing charges.
My emi date was 5th of every month but it have been on 5th, 6th, 8th, 15th etc. I had to pay 320 p. M bouncing charges at the time of collecting noc for the l&t office.
Also i noticed many unhappy people (Customers) at their branch located at belapur, navi mumbai.
Also the bouncing charges have interest of rs 36% p. A. On bouncing charges which is quite high.
People looking to take loan from l&t finance please see that emi is been deducted on time or else youll be liable to pay penalty per month with interest of 36% or 32% per year.

I am Sachin Verma took personal loan from Family credit, New Delhi Branch, and paid my complete instalments in the year 2011 but according to my Cibil statement it shows that a amount of Rs. 2805 is pending against this account the loan A/c no.:282447, I already sent a mail but no status have been given or updated on mail. I called up at [protected], they said no amount is pending against this A/c but I have to visit the Barakhamba Branch to resolve this issue.

Please help me on that. How could I resolve this issue without going to the branch because I don't have time.
