        Hypothecation

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have purchased my CD Deluxe with registration number GJ-01-ND-1274 in July 2011 and taken loan from Family Credited finance company. I have paid whole loan, but don't have NOC. Now that company is closed and in my RC my vehicle is still showing hypothecated.
        I want to remove the hypothecation.
        Kindly suggest what to do.

          I Purchased a bike on loan through Family Credit on 2017 Registration number OD13F7827 HERO GLAMOUR.
          I didn't receive my Noc From The Company. If my Noc is issued please Provide it to me. I want to free my bike from finance. Please take this matter seriously.
