Respectfully, I would hereby like to obtain the NOC against my two-wheeler vehicle purchased on February, 2016. The loan was availed by my father who met with a sudden demise on March, 2016. As since, I, Bhargav Jit Sharma, son of Surajit Sharma have repaid all installments of the vehicle. I approached the TVS dealership at Khutikatiya, Nagaon, Assam for enquiring about the NOC, but I was informed that your esteemed finance company does not operate there anymore. Please do the needful at the earliest. Please find the attachment containing the Registration Certificate for perusal.

Not issue NOC for my SPLENDOR Pro bike PB08 BX 2116

I have completed the bike loan 6 yrs back. Went 2 timea to the office in past for the clearance letter they said will send my post but I haven't received any thing yet. I tried calling them no one answers the phone also.

I have purchase Hero Honda CD Delux Bike on 18 July 2011.
After repayment of loan I have not received my NOC & RC.
