Family Credit — Noc not issued by l&t family & credit

I have already paid the final full and final payment six month back, but family & credit is not issuing the noc under loan agreement no-1174937

Referring to your trailing mail and waiting for noc from a long period after a rigorous follow up please update the problems………………

Also not that m/s family credit deducted rupees 854/- ecs/tp/family credit rep on dated 22/03/2016, however full and final payments already given as per attached slip.

How you can take the payment in ecs mode from my account. Please explain …………..
