Family Credit — Not issuing the NOC even though I have paid off the loan.

I financed my bike from this company in the month of August 2015.
From the month of September my EMI started. EMI was being debited on 5th of every month. On December 26, 2015, I visited their Belapur Navi Mumbai. Office to pay-off this loan.
I was told that there is no point of paying of this loan now because EMI will still be debited as loans paid off after of 15th of any month their next EMI can not be stopped. I was also informed once payment is debited from my account, it will took 4 business to reflect in their system. So, again I visited their office on 09th Jan 2016(Considering that their system will be reflecting my last debited EMI on 5th of Jan). But, I was surprised to know that there system was still running in 2015. Can you believe this?? I was asked to come in next week. Again, I visited there office on 16th Jan. Finally, they took my foreclosure request. The guy assured me that no EMI will be debited on 5th of Feb. But, I received a sms on 4th of March from Family Credit stating to maintain sufficient balance as EMI is secluded to debit. I immediately reduced my account balance to zero. Later. I start receiving automated calls from Family Credit stating my EMI has bounced and were asking to deposit money in my saving account. EMI got debited on 16th Feb.

On 27th, Feb I visited their office. and enquired about NOC and additional payment debited from my account. To be my surprise, executive told me that NOC was not issued due to this additional payment reflecting in system and system is asking what to do with this additional payment. He asked me to give a request letter to refund this additional EMI so I did. He assured me that refund will be issued and deposited in my account by 2nd of march. However, I did not receive any payment. On 3rd March I called him and enquired about it. He told me that there system date is updating that is why refund was not issued. System will be updated by tomorrow and payment will be refunded in my account by Saturday. However, on 4th I still receive SMS stating EMI will be debited. When I called at their toll free no.[protected] and no one picked up the call and I literally waited for 20 mins. Then I called at their [protected]. A guy picked up the phone. I explained my concern to him. He said call at toll free no. I said no one picking the phone. He replied "I don't know" and hung up the phone.

I want my additional debited amount refunded and NOC ASAP.
