Fampay — I want change my email in fampay and they not qucik to change email

My phone was reset automatic, because my phone IC was damage, that why my all emails are deleted. when I repair my phone, I backup all email that saved in Google but, one email was not found that login with my fampay account, because I was not saved that email with my google account, also I forget email name and what I write in that email, so I cant backup that email, and problem is, In fampay there is only 2 email change option and I crossed limit, So I can't change email in fampay and that email wants to login, that I forget, so I contact fampay support and write email regarding my problem, but 5-6 days goes and they only said we see your issue, they also said me to send my last four digit of aadhar card and I send because of verification but after that email they not reply, I also call and said my issue and they only said we will request to our team and they look upon to your problem, but still I am waiting for my email change I want quick email change, but my money was stuck in fmpay account, please check
