I ordered products from fashchic15 online shopping site for the first time. I placed my order on Rs.496 on 23rd December 2020. The payment was prepaid online because there was no option for postpaid. I got a message from them that my order is confirmed but after that they just disappeared. its been more than 15 days . They haven't responded to my mails and also tried reaching on their WhatsApp number they provided, but still got no response. In the site, under 'my orders' section, it shows my order is under processing and its been showing the same thing since I placed the order. Was this information helpful? |
