I ordered 6 items worth 474/- from Fashchic website on 6th March, 2021 with order id 128972 and today is 19th April and I still haven’t got any tracking or my product.
I tried to reach them out on mail and even the mail is not getting delivered.
It’s a total scam.
Kindly do not order from this website and I can only request them to refund my money or send me the products.

I haven't received my order and took payment in advance .Such a fraud company. I'm goig to report it and ask my friends to report it so that it cannot make fools of other people.

I have ordered some clothes from a site called Fashchic15 on 17th February. It's been more than 45 days since I haven't received my product. I mailed them several times and messaged on Instagram too but didn't get any response.

This company is a spam

Placed order reached more than 25 days

It has been 2 months since I placed my order on the Fashchic15 site but I still haven't received it. It is not yet shipped and they aren't replying to my mails too. I have spent 2000rs on that site and now I want my money back.

I have ordered two tops from this website on 8march2021 and they have not yet delivered it and they are not even replying to the mails and texts. This website is a scam. Please take an action against it.

I have odered my oder on 13th march still oder not reach at. All most 8 days, and email id is not correct..now I want my parcel or return my money on time . I can't tolerate this.solve my problm.plz do it fast

Fraud website running fake scams. Not delivering products and not replying anywhere.

Order placed on 13 dec 2020. It's march 12 and sent only partial order and now not responding or sending my other partial order which I already paid.

They fashchic15 have posted Instagram story that they are stop taking order so will my order get shipped or i will get refund?

They have given me 15-20 working days and that have already passed. But still my order is not shipped. And not even they are replying ma email they are not even helping meee. How can you treat your customer like thiz.

I ordered a product worth Rs. 350. It's been 2 months and still not received the product nor the refund. I tried contacting them everywhere on instagram, gmail, whatsapp, call but they neither respond nor they provide any update. They were saying they will process order is 15-20 working days and working days has been passed and my order is still not shipped i want it in 7days beacuse i have to gift someone so i plz req them to as soon possible deliver the brik full sleeve product . And send me the tracking id

I've placed an order from their site holding 10 products on 10th Feb 2021, which was supposed to be delivered by now...

I've been trying to contact them through calls, mails, DMs for days asking for a tracking link but no response..
The site itself is not working properly... it's not recognizing my mail id or registered mobile no...Tried to reset password using link but didn't get any mails through which i can reset my password..

I want them to update me with the status of my order or else refund my money back.

Again they are ignoring my message.

I have asked them for tracking id and they are not sending me.

Plzz tell them to cooperate

I ordered for 3 tops from this website 22nd December. I havent received it nor have I received any information regarding the same. I have tried to contact them, no reply. Im trying to log into my account in that page and it shows error eveytime.

I had ordered from fashchic15.com on 05 Jan . After which they said it ll get delievered in 15-20 days . I had waited and then texted them on instagram and they replied that it ll get delivered by 25th Jan but it did not happen after which they again it ll get delivered by Feb 1 and it is it not yet delivered . I tried contacting them again on Instagram but they have stopped replying to my texts . I had prepaid amount of 548/ and now there is no reply from them .

Please take an action against this they are promoting to fool more people

I've ordered 2 top worth rupees 448 ... it's been a month now, My order ID[protected] ...still not get any updation message ... couldn't track location, ur service really sucks

Its more than a month now i Haven't received any update regarding my order. I tried contacting them on wtsapp insta email.but didn't get any reply.

I had ordered a few products from Fashchic15 worth Rs. 1038/- on 25 October 2020. I still haven't heard from them. My order(#22659) has not yet reached. They provide no tracking ids or even an estimated date of delivery. In their website or days the order is cancelled, which I didn't cancel. Very disappointed with their services. No replies for messages on whatsapp, Instagram and email.
Hoping to get at least the refund of my hard owned money.

We have placed order on Fashchic15 for 2 items via order number 31186 on 22.11.2020 and payment was also done via googlepay for amount of 614/-. Now on their site it is showing order cancelled and they are not responding on the queries raised by me.

Request you to kindly look into the matter.

I have ordered 3 products on 31 oct 2020. But still not received the products, they mentioned that products will be delivered within 10 days. But no delivery of any product. Neither they replying over mails, Instagram and whatsapp
