Today I ordered some tops and I also paid for it I have kept screen shot of the same but when I check my account in that it is showing pending payment how can it be possible.

I ordered three dresses from fashchic15. It has been more than 2 months since i ordered them. They are not replying to my mails also. Please help.

I have paid the whole amount and i have not even recived a single piece from my order. My order number is #270661

Faschic 15 have took a good amount of money along with shipping Charges but it's been months no product is received neither and updates given they just neglect customers and fool them by taking the money, this behavior is not at all entertained this website should go down ... immediately shut this and give required punishment to the owners.

I made the payment in payu. It shows order is pending. It's been a month I've asked about this. Are you working on it?Don't your team take these issues on serious note.

Please don’t buy any product from Fashchic15.. I placed my order on Jan 14 2021 and after multiple follow up over email I got reply saying product out of stock.
Now after 6 months I got wrong product delivered on 26 June 2021.. should I wear what they choice and send us.. worst experience ever .. cheater app

If they can’t serve the CUSTOMERs they should close the business and go do better job outside

If they couldn’t delivery right product they could have initiated refund but they dint do that also

I ordered 10 tshirts from fashchic 15 on 28 march and now its already over 2 months but I didn't receive any tracker Id till now and they aren't even responding properly i also provided them my information many times still everytime I mail they just ask for my information and make excuses about lockdown and all they send products to others they even post reviews but not sending mine order there email adress is [protected]@gmail.com this is email they always provide to contact but never respond properly

As asked they are continuing delaying the delivery and I requested them to send the parcel since it was my birthday but there aren’t reply mail

I m shweta sharma from delhi, actually on 15th march I was order on Fashchic15. Then on 13th April I got my order id and tracking link. But now the time my I'll check my order got cancelled.

It's been almost a month I didn't receive my order or any information about my order from them, I placed order worth 312.50, I want to know about status of my order which was placed on 20th May, send me the product or else refund my money back.

I ordered a pink frill top on december 2020 and there was no notice until today, 7th June 2021 they delivered my order but it was some black old top which was absolutely nothing similar to what i ordered. The costumer service is the worst, no communication and nothing to keep me updated.

I have ordered 3 t-shirts from faschic15 on 7th may and paid online for this but i didn't receive any confirmation mail so i read them through emails they informed me that they will deliver it after the lock down and now the lockdown is over and now i am trying to reach them through emails that when they will deliver it but they are not replying to my mails. And even i am trying to connect them through their instagram but no response so i would like to make it clear that before ordering something from faschic55 or beautifyourself please read the reviews they are fake

I ordered whole 10 tops. It's not delivered yet, I ordered in March. They are not even showing up and replying my messages. Nor they have any contact no. It totally sucks.

I had ordered some clothes from this site on 10tg April, 2021and these products were prepaid. I had still not received the products.
I had sent so many mails to their mail ID, but they are not responding.

It has been over 2 months and I still haven't received my order, they just replied to one of my mail out of the many where they said the order will be sent in 10-15 days, today around 1 month later I dm them on Instagram again where they didn't give a proper reply too + they were adding stories and posting on their Instagram handle but weren't replying to my messages.

I ordered tshirt worth around 550 on 10th April and paid online for it. These people are not even responding to the mails and even Instagram dm what am i supposed to do now? I didn't even got any text regarding tracking shipment how am i supposed get my refund?

I ordered 6 items worth 474/- from Fashchic website on 6th March, 2021 with order id 128972 and today is 19th April and I still haven’t got any tracking or my product.
I tried to reach them out on mail and even the mail is not getting delivered.
It’s a total scam.
Kindly do not order from this website and I can only request them to refund my money or send me the products.
