I have ordered on 15 may 2022 and I have payed more than 1200 and didn't received my parcel from more than 1 year !...

I ordered on 15 june 2022 but it's still showing in progress I try to contact through email but it's showing email user not found, they are posting stories and posts of their products but they aren't replying on Instagram too. They are completely scam . What I suppose to fill my loss of 300 rupees...

I have placed an order worth rs 1300 and paid for it but i never received it. Its a huge scam and many people are falling in trap...

I ordered 5 tops for 598rupees. My money got deducted but order was not placed. Now on searching more about it I got to know that this is not a good website....

I've ordered 5 tops from fashchic 15...it's been more than 1 months...I haven't received my order...also it was prepaid..so my bank money deducted... they're not replying anywhere...not insta neither on email ... they're aren't responding from anywhere....

I ordered from fashchic on 3rd July . They said it will come in the 23rd July, My order No. 278537, many times we complained but never getting any response . Either refund or send my order fast., if you are not able to despatch the clothes, refund my money immediately otherwise we will take further action...

I have mailed them many times but they always reply with new deadline i ordered my t shirt in april and still not received....

I had ordered 5 items from Fashchic15 on 7th May 2021, it's September already and I haven't received my order yet. I also tried to mail them and they said it'll be delivered by 15th of September. But after that they're not even responding anymore. I understand that they said it's taking time cuz of COVID-19 but seriously it's 5 months already!! I'm still gonna wait a little longer but if I don't receive my order I might have to report about...

I had ordered my parcel on 8 august, it's going to be 2 months soon still they haven't delivered yet, no response to anything, at least give my money back... Stupid app...

I ordered 3 items and i got only 1. On the cover of the item its written all the 3 tshirts but whats actually on the inside was only 1 tshirt and from the message and email i got it showed as all the 3 tshirts were delivered.I try to complain but the email wont be sent anymore. Before i got the product they respond my complains through the mail they put but as soon as i got the product email cannot be sent anymore...

I have ordered 14 clothes in total of 3183 rupees on 6 Th august 2021 . Order id 310796 . Still they didn’t updated tracking Id or the exact date of delivery.. I want my order asap.. or the refund there is no any valid source of information. Please kindly get into the matter and help. It will mean alot...

I ordered on 24th May, 2021 with order id 239573 and the payment was made successfully via payU. It's almost 3 months but still I haven't recived my order. I sent them countless emails neither they are responding to emails nor delivering the order.
This behaviour is just totally not acceptable.Wish I did go through the reviews earlier.
Please deliver it soon or refund....
