Fashion And You — #[protected] order was delayed for a month forcing me to cancel. now no refund. its almost 20 days since i cancelled.

I had placed order #[protected] worth inr 2747.40 (4 items) on www.fashionandyou.com on 17/09/2017 23:24 hrs and made payment through hdfc credit card. After waiting for a month and trying to reach their customer care (Mailed thrice without response - site guarantees 24 hour response/ called in all the provided numbers - no response) i decided to cancel the order on 14/10/2017 10:23 hrs. They were supposed to credit back the amount in 5-7 days. I have not received the refund yet, after 16 days.
