I had purchesed 2 dress, product no. are attached on this mail. My products are not delivered yet. I was called their coustemer care many times.; even talked to their manager also, they always say please wait 3-4 daye more. And one day they canceled my one item without any intemation to me.

Based on your query, we would like to inform you that your order #[protected] has been dispatched on 28/03/2015 through ECOM express with AWB:[protected]. We have raised the request with respective team to arrange the delivery of the order on priority. We would request you to wait for some time and the order will be delivered to you.
Also, against the order #[protected]. We understand your concern as per company policy all our products undergo a rigorous quality check (QC) before leaving the warehouse. Hence, we regret to inform that your order has failed in our quality check and therefore, your order has been cancelled. We would like to inform you that we come with these kinds of events for a few days only.
Also we do not stock up the products in our warehouse as our website is based on flash model. Thus, we will be unable to tell you when the product would be available in stock again. However we have noted your request and have forwarded the same to the concerned department. We will try to bring the product back in stock however we cannot commit the same.
Also, we would like to inform you that we have refunded your amount in your same account through which you have paid on 24-03-15.Hence we would request you to check with your bank for the refunded transaction.
We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and we look forward to serve you better in future.
