Fashion and you has not delivered any product against order no. [protected] still they are not returning my money.

    Following items are not satisfactory according to my own view so please return these items.

    As i have already sent 2 mails regarding this problem and this is my 3rd mail and last mail to you.

    Next time i may take help of consumer forum and customer grievance cell for this problem and may see you in court.

    As on you website no customer care phone no. And with the help of other websites your customer care no. [protected] not reachable.

      For me fashion and you looks like a fraudulent web site because my order #[protected] placed on 16th january 2018 is not being supplied till date - the payment has been made in advance.
      The web site says order has been partially fulfilled on 31st jan 2018 however so far not received single item.
      There are no responses to the e-mail and no material received so far. So be careful while paying in advance to this shopping portal.

        I had ordered 33 products out of which only 31 were delivered. I had returned 7 products. And one order cancelled by seller. The reverse pickup of returned order was done on 24/10/2017 for order number[protected].
        The reverse pick up number was given as[protected]ecom express)

        I have been writing constantly to fashion and you regarding status of refund against my order. While it has been now more than 3 months since my return was picked, i haven't got any update regarding processing of my refund.

        The customer care nos. Aren't reachable. The only source of reaching them is through mails, multiple mails are written but no solution neither any response from there end.
        Every time I get a ticket number and computer generated messages only.
        I don't know what to do. The amount goes above 6000/-.

          I ordered a cotton saree (ORDER NO.#[protected] DATED Dec 26, 2017 and the amount, 1, 449 INR was pre-Paid. I received some wrong product which was not at all the one I ordered (received some old and crumpled Georgette saree). After repeated mails, finally, they arranged for return pick up through ecomexpress- no.[protected]. I returned the wrong product on[protected]. Since then they are not answering to any of my mails or calls and not refunding...

          I faced sizing issues on my order no.-[protected] and written a mail on 19th jan 2018 to [protected]@fashionandyou.com, they have generated ticket number-44138 against the same. They have also confirmed via email that the products will be picked up within 5-6 working days on 25th jan 2018 then they will initiate refund in my account. But after several reminders they have not picked up these products and now they have stopped replying on my mails. Please advise and help me in getting my refund.

            I have ordered on salwar suit. The order recieved was different than the one shown on the website. Hence, i was placing a request to return the same. Since there was no response on the return request, i decided to return it from my end bearing the return cost of rs. 360. Post which i got an email from the customer care executive that they have arranged a pickup. I informed them that i already returned the product. Post that i have been droping emails to get the status of of my refund and the last email i got was on 25th jan, where in the support team mentioned that there are some technical issues and 10-12 days are needed to resolve the same. I have returned this order in the month of december 2017. I have been following up on the refund and there is no update yet. I havnt got any update yet and the worst part is gthe customer care number is fake and i have been unable to reach out to them through calls. Its really becoming a headache now. The amount stuck is rs. 6, 257/-. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

It has been more than two months and despite repeated attempts of contact through email have only received the automated response. According to their policy they can provide refund if wrong item is received. I raised complain about this by email and reply me to wait 24hour but after 24hour no respond has not been made.                         Order was placed on dec 3rd with 2 items. One item is delivered and other item not yet delivered. It is almost a month but there is no response from them even after sending mails to support mail id.

                              I am a regular customer of fashionandyou and always appreciated the timely delivery and the quality of material. But my last experience has been very bad.
                              I have ordered 4 articles from fny, which was received on oct 5th via order no #[protected], the quality of the material was not good and also the sizes were not as expected, i placed a return request on the same day, after several reminders including my visit to your office the material was taken back on 7th of november. Since then i have been following up for refund. The customer care no. S does not work and there is no responsible person if i call at the reception.
