I am waiting for refund of the below mentioned orders.

More than rs. 10000/- [rupees ten thousand] is stuck up with fashion and you. Its been more than a month, for getting my refund for the following orders...

Mails sent repeatedly, but no positive response.

Customer care number is also found to be not working.

    I had placed order #[protected] worth inr 2747.40 (4 items) on www.fashionandyou.com on 17/09/2017 23:24 hrs and made payment through hdfc credit card. After waiting for a month and trying to reach their customer care (Mailed thrice without response - site guarantees 24 hour response/ called in all the provided numbers - no response) i decided to cancel the order on 14/10/2017 10:23 hrs. They were supposed to credit back the amount in 5-7 days. I have not received the refund yet, after 16 days.

      Hi team,

      I ordered few bangles and got wrong size delivered. I sent a return or exchange request through email immediately on the day i received my order. Its been more than a week, i am following up the team with repeated emails.
      But still now i dint get a single response from fashionandyou team.

      I tried to reach out to them by calling below numbers. But still i dint get any response.

        The customer support is not ready to call or reply back to emails. The product that i have purchased is small in size and on the same day of delivery the refund complaint has been registered through the given email id. I was ready for the exchange but the same was not available that's the reason i asked for a refund. Also, the fny team had cut my call while giving them the reason for the refund of the product.

          I have purchased a dress from fashionandyou, which was of poor quality and hence requested for return. Even though sending multiple emails to customer care, as their process defines "[protected]@fashionandyou", no one cares to respond back.
          All the numbers provided for the customer back are not correct either, its either not working or redirected somewhere else.
          Horrible experience in the era of online shopping, they are just taking customers for granted and making a fool out of them.

          They are frauds..i am constantly following up with them since august for refund but all in vain. Thier contact no. Is also incorrect. Is there any other way we can reach out to them or conplaint against them ?

          No yaa, still no luck with them... None of their numbers work, they just replied back on email once and no response later.. they are frauds.

            Ordered 3 products form fanshionandyou and have received 2 products, which are of poor quality and have requested for return. Though have written to [protected]@fashionandyou.com couple of times i have not heard back from them except the auto-generated ticket. No action is been taken.

            Also, it's been more than 12 days. I have not received the 3rd product

            Such a bloody badmash site have ever seen, public ko loot rahi he, they are not refunding, such a cheap trick, if we order a product they are delivering wrong product and when we retrun it they are not refunding the amount, such a shameless site, go and beg, dont cheat ur own customers u gariboo
            I am unable to return my order since there is no option available in the website. Customer service number is not in use.

              I got a few products from fashion and you, where as i returned four of them and following for my money bavck

              The phone no given on website is not in use [protected]
              Somewhere on web other nos [protected], [protected], some individual person numbers been given and these people are also getting harassed with their this act.

              I keep getting auto responses with ticket nos as 31546, 31547, 31548, and many more but never a response thereafter
              No escalation contact details mentioned on site

              Order no[protected], order no 20015629,[protected],[protected], refund pending from months together
              They will wind up and take a few thousand from everyone, which will make a huge amount from them

              Request the forum to please take action before this big cheat company, runs away with innocent common man money

              I cancelled my order, but didnot get my refund, there are no any ncontact no.of customer care, how can i connect them, i mailed them but no answer, i am very frustated with them
              I ordered 9th and 15sept one kurti and one jeans .still i not got my order .all custome care number is not working .pyment alredy done in debit card.please help about my order.

                I was a regular customer of this website and was not disappointed untill now. They have not returned my refund amount for more than a month and half. Its so frustrating because they are not replying to mails even and neither are the numbers provided on any online portal correct and able to reach them. Its like they are hiding from the customers who they have cheated.

                  Hi, my name is mallikarjun from hyderabad. I've purchased loafers shoe from fashionandyou website on 19-may-2017 with 6 size. However, the product was delivered with wrong size and color. I've initiated return of the product 29-may-2017 by ecom express pvt ltd order no:[protected] and was promised that my refund would be processed within 5-6 working days. Its been more then 5 months still i didnt get my refund and i've been chasing the same with them. Everytime i ask them they only respond as
                  "we understand how frustrating it can be in such situation. Please note, we are unable to process the refunds for any of the customers due to some ongoing technical issues. We hope to get the issues resolved soon.
                  Also, we would like to assure you that your money is totally yours and we will refund it in full as soon as we sort out the issues at our end. Please allow us 10-12 more days before we get the refund processed." this is one of my worst experience with online shopping and i've stopped visiting ecommerce sites.

                    Fashion and you is a fraud site. They did not refund money. This site should be fined. I have returned my order of georgette kurti, item code adyaykrlib21306, order no:[protected] and
                    Order no.[protected] product item code st1rs4900c on 19th of july. But till date i have not received refund of money insted of constant requests. I keep on requesting but it turns dumb ear
                    This was my worst experience. I will never go for this sitte and also keep on warning others. Some strong action should be taken by authorities. Against these fraud sites.

To my surprise i got a total different product from a different brand with fraud name sticker... I will take legal actions against u people... I am attaching the pics of the product that u have sent me... I had a horrible experience dealing with u... I want the refund

                        I have been writing constantly to fashion and you regarding status of refund against my order no.[protected]. While it has been close to a month since my return was picked, i haven't got any update regarding processing of my refund.

                        The customer care nos. Aren't reachable. The only source of reaching them is through mails which they ignore very conveniently.

                        They were quick in arranging a return pick up. But the moment the product was returned they stopped responding to any of my emails relating to refund. This website is an online mafia hoarding the customer's hard earned money.

                        I hope the new/prospective customers make an informed decision after reading the posts available about faahion and you on this forum.

                          Myself rachit mittal.

                          I purchased a us polo shoe from fashion and you and they delivered the product on 28th aug. When i unpacked the box, i found that the shoe color was faded and the quality was very poor. I wrote a complain on same say for the return and refund. They picked the product on 1st sept. Now today is 18th sept, they did not reply on my email even i'm taking daily follow up. And they did not refund my money also. Last time they reverted "there is some technical issue is going on our site. We will get back to you shortly."

                          I'm also a technical guy and working in xerox india. I don't think so there is some technical issue related with the refund amount. And one more thing they don't have any contact number so that no one call them.

                          Please help me out sir. My money is not useless. I'm an employee and earn the single pie on daily basis.

                          I received your message that I will receive a call from Fashion And You within 7 days but I did not get any call. Why company play with me.

                          I know the amount is not big but that is not fair.

                          Should I write a complain to PMO office?
                          They did the same thing with me and are not responding to my emails. Its been almost a month since the product was returned and i am still waiting for refund.

                          Fashion and you is a big time fraud.
                          I dont know On 15th September, 2007, bought online from Fashion and Youth, Order No. It is[protected] which I have to return, despite reporting it through e-mail, no reply has been received till date.

                              Very bad experience. Ordered for first time and got product very soon however the product is not similar as shown so sent an email immediately for return. Got a reply from them stating they are checking. Waited for few days but i reply from them. I have sent another mail asking if the product can be exchanged since i don't have much time to spent on this stupid app. Got a reply that they are checking and no reply after then for few more days. It's been a month now i m sending emails from them and expecting some solid respobse. However all in vain they don't reply and they make conditions like u keep the product with you which is very over priced. They are showing something else and sending something very cheap. Useless website. Still awaiting response from them. Do not ever buy from them. Big cheaters

                                I should get refund amount for my order no.[protected] from the website called www.fashionandyou.com, to speak with them no customer care number was provided, the number which was given in website it is not working and one useless mail id telling it as care support but no response from it, worst experience with this fraud website i request that government should take action on such websites.

                                  I have ordered two tops and received only one. When shall i expect the second product? I am fed up trying their customer care number which r fake ending with 999 and 4000.. And the other number ending 5000 doesn't work. I have no response for the emails.. What sort of website is this with the worst possible customer service..
                                  Never again will use or promote this stupid website for pointless services. Kindly let me know when shall i receive the product or just refund the money..

                                  I have written to them many times.. no response from them.. I have only received one product out of two.. No shipment details r added to the order .. what do they mean by just saying it is delivered ? Do they think we have no better work to write to them or raise an issue, why will we raise an issue when we receive the product?? I have only received the product 2074089
                                  I would like to know when and where and to whom was the product 2087749 is delivered to? I haven't received it.. it might have been delivered to the wrong address or wrong person.. can u please verify it.. u can't cheat ppl like this .. just have some gratitude towards the customers atleast by replying to mails or have a customer care numbers which isn't fake..

                                    I received a damaged product from fashion and you and i requested for the return but there is no progress yet and return days are coming close.

                                    One service boy was came at my door-step without any information that he is coming and at that time, i was unavailable. Due to this he cancelled the reverse request.

                                    Please let me know what is going on? Why he did not inform me?

                                        The products were so bad. Had returned. Its been 2months no refund. Also no response to emaild. Incoming calls have been barred ob their customer care numbers. Its ridiculous. Order#[protected]. Everytime i mail, i get only automated response. No proper response .not able to call as there is no phone numbers listed anywhere which could be contacted. Products were picked up in jul and thats it. No response.they say technical difficulty. I wonder what technical difficulty in refunding the amount. Its 4.4k, not a small amount. I would have ignored if it was small amount

                                        Fashionandyou custome support sent me an email on[protected] asking for NEFT details for fund transfer. I sent the details. Thats it. No response after that.they just ignore. There is no customer care phone numbers to call up. God. Pls help get my amount refunded.
