The worst website i have ever shopped .. its been two months still the refund is not done .. i really wanna know as to why take so long .. i have called the customer care and every time they say it will be done is 3 -5 working days and now its been 2 months - this is the order no :[protected] placed on 31/03/2016 and the same was returned within 3 . .. the product was cancelled and no notification was also done . customer service is really bad no proper response from them . dont know as to why these website actually exist.. i really want to know what are they doing with my money .

dear sir on 23 of march i have return the product ( order number is[protected] of amount Rs 799, and they asked me my bank details and i have sand them all the details, but till now i haven't receive the amount in my bank account, i have call them so many times but they try to avoid me every time so many time i have told them that plz credit this amount in my fashion and you account but every time they that they have some technical problem thets whey they can't credit. and one of the floor supervisor he is very rued his name is jai prakash i have asked him to transfer my call to you manager Mr pawan but every time he told me that he is not available and disconnect my call
now i am very helpless plz help me to get my money return

Dear sir, i purchased one lehnga from fashion and you .com, first of all the product was not same as shown in the picture so i returned the product on 12 may and have send the acknowledge slip and other details to the concerned company, but despite of several reminders they havn't refunded my money yet. according to their policy they will return the money in 15 days, and their response system is also very weak.
Kindly take some actions for the same.

Return - size doesn't fit - order no[protected]

Have purchased 3 shirts. Returned due to size not fitting. Have been writing mails for refund. The only thing i get is a standard mail saying we sincerely apologize for delay in refund, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your refund details to our concerned department, the same would be done at the earliest.

The 1st email was sent of 27th april and i am still awaiting my refund. It been month and more than 15 emails have been exchanged but no refund

Really disappointed with the treatment, that i have to send so many mails for my own money.

I expect the reply and refund in my account immediately.

Would request if anybody can suggest with whom should i communicate to get my money back.

I had an cancelled order pending since April 19th when i was confirmed by fashion and you about a refund of 1700/- approx. And till date I've made 10-15 calls and several emails to which they have stopped replying. Their customer service supervisors are rude and say they can't do anything for which I've call recordings too.

I don't think they intend to give my money back and I don't even have the order as I returned it the same day without accepting .

Fashion and you has shipped me a wrong product with ref to my order no[protected]. I order for a cream & peach saree but i received some other saree. Order was placed on 4 th april 2016. When the matter was referred to customer service executive they arranged for reverse pick up on 25th april and since than till today i am waiting for refund of my amount.. Every time i call or mail the customer support team they ask for more time & than forget about it... I feel cheated and i am anxious for my refund amount..

I had ordered a pair of gym shorts orderid[protected] on april 18th 2016 and its one month there is no progress in the status and on calling the customer support team, they are asking me to cancel the order where as there is no option to do so.
I had called the support on last friday and the agent was not helping so on demanding to speak to manager he handed over to his tl, who had promised a call back on monday and its wednesday today i am fed up of calling these guys and spending my money on phone call as well.

I have ordered two jeans maount 2098 rupess from fashion and you on 23/11/2015 and because of wrong size I returned that product, so the customer care told me that they will give me the 2098 store credit. So with this much credit i purchase a saree and a girls trouser on 5th feb 2016 amounting rupees 1297, which they delivered on time . But when i order a pink patila with dupatta on march 18th 2016 of 773 rupees (order number[protected] they told that this is not available and they will return my 800 store credit to my bank account.But it almost two month they neither respond my mail nor receiving my call(whenever i call them the automatic caller system tell me welcome to godrej, makemy trip and bla bla). Its seriously ridiculous, How they can do like this.

Have had the worst experience with fashion and you. Firstly, the delivery of this site is very slow compared to other online websites for shopping. Secondly, the quality of its products is ever deteriorating. I have ordered a kurta in starting week of march 2016. I was very disappointed with the quality of the material and thus decided to return it. The return process itself is lengthy. After returning the order, there is no acknowledgement on the return status on my online account. The support team also is not paying much attention.
Its has been around 2 month i am chasing support team for my refund that has not been credited to my account yet. Every time i call they ask me to wait till weekend but nothing happens. It really rediculous. I am going to raise complaint in consumer court now.

We cannot expect such issues from big brands.
I hope you people know the meaning of customer satisfaction. I am also in same industry since 6 years and serving the customers with best efforts.
We have called your call center several times but every time they have multiple reasons.

I also had a worse experience with Fashion and you. My order no s[protected] & the product quality was worse of which images were too attached & fashion & you suppose to refund my money, in January 2016 .i had returned that product & today is 11 April 2016, still the only response i am getting from the support people of FNY that i have to wait for 48 hours & they are so inefficient & unprofessional after every 48 hours they are again making me wait for another 48 hours.

I have ordered a dress from Fashion and you on 23-march-2016, with Order no :[protected], and online payment already has done for the order.
It still not delivered by Fashion and you. I have called customer care many times, some times executives denied any order for above order id, and other times they acknowledge the order but not able to provide any details about the delivery.

I had ordered 5 salwar materials (Order No[protected]. In that I wanted to return 3 items as I did not like them. I called up the customer care, and after repeated follow ups, 2 items were picked up by the courier agent and has been delivered to the company, but I am yet to receive the refund for these 2 items. For the 3rd item, I have been calling the customer care for last 2 weeks to arrange a pickup, but every time, the customer care executive will say that it will be picked up in 2 days, but the pick up never happened. The customer care response is very poor. I am just worried if the item will ever be picked up and if I will even get a refund for the items. Kindly take appropriate action.

It has been close to 2 months now that I have returned 2 products that I ordered and I got the response saying that I will receive the refund within 7 days and till date I have not received it despite of following up twice a week.

W.r.t my account registered with Jashpinder Singh gill, i had my fashion and you credits used some 2 months back and i ordered a bedsheet on[protected] which has not been delivered yet .
I contacted the team 1 month back and they told me the shipment would be done within a day but the whole next month has passed.
Its such a shame and a fraudulent method of getting the credits wasted, earlier the refund of a order of mine was not initiated .
before that neither a same product was delivered which had lead me to get into this credit sort of system for getting the refund..

I ordered a pair of shoeswhich was marked 8 but actually written on it was 7 so i asked them to return, few days later their message came that their man is coming to collect but no one cane this happened so many times so I enquired then they said the return will be taken next day but no one came this happened so many times so i asked them to take my call to a senior but the same happened now also(after 2-3 weeks of return complaint) no one came yo take the return, THEN WHY MENTIONED THAT THE COMPANY HAS A RETURN POLICY WHEN THEY CANT PROVIDE IT.

I ordered two shirts on 13 jan 2016, they told 5 to 10 days for delivery. After twenty day i did receive my shirts. Then i called paid customer support of fashion and you. they we telling one new reason every time when i call. i asked them to cancel my order they told it was cancelled on end of JAN 2016. but still i didn't receive my money back.

I am Varsha. I have order Rs.2698 -/- two product. I am not satisfied with product and i return it. but Still i have not received my refundable amount.

No answer from support team.

Please take strict action against it.
