I had ordered 5 salwar materials (Order No[protected]. In that I wanted to return 3 items as I did not like them. I called up the customer care, and after repeated follow ups, 2 items were picked up by the courier agent and has been delivered to the company, but I am yet to receive the refund for these 2 items. For the 3rd item, I have been calling the customer care for last 2 weeks to arrange a pickup, but every time, the customer care executive will say that it will be picked up in 2 days, but the pick up never happened. The customer care response is very poor. I am just worried if the item will ever be picked up and if I will even get a refund for the items. Kindly take appropriate action.

. They have not responded yet. After I raised a complaint here, a lady called from Fashion and You
's quality team. She was not even ready to hear what I had to say. She cut the call while I was still speaking. The customer care representative also cut my call while I was still speaking on 4th April. They don't even know to respect the customer and listen to what the customer has to say. I am sorry to say that this is the way they address their customer's grievance, which is very disappointing.
