I placed an order with order no. [protected] on 08 Dec 2016 by prepaid using my credit card. Even after 12 days (20.12.2016) the product not been dispatched neither they returned my money. One more order no.[protected] has been reverse pocked up on 12.12.2016 but till date no refund has been made. Tried to speak with customer care representatve so many times but no answer evern after holding for 20 minutes. Only apology e-mail from [protected]@fashionandyou.com team. I feel helpless. How can I get my money back. Fashion and you is cheating customers now. Don't buy anything from this site. Was this information helpful? | |||||
