THE WORST online shopping experience thus far.
My Mum's anniversary is on the 9th of Nov, I pick up a bottle of perfume for her on fashionandyou, com as it conveniently depicted a delivery of 2 days. (LIES)
Post payment debit, I did not receive a single message confirming receipt, delivery date etc. After being in the dark for 4 days I call up the call centre - They say it will be delivered by evening.
After 6 days I call & they say the Pin Code was not serviceable and the product is going back to them. My Mother lives in a posh neighbourhood in Chennai - so to say that the pin code was not serviceable only goes to say that their supply chain is PATHETIC.
All this while fashionandyou has done nothing to let me know the status of the order. Now they say I will get my money back on the 21st. Will I? What about interest? Are they sitting on customers money for a fortnight? If I had not called, I wonder if they would have pocketed the money. CHEATS! Was this information helpful? |
