They cancelled my product automatically saying nop stock. firstly they shouldnt accept orders if there is no stock. i was like it is ok it happens. when i was browsing after sm 10 days, the same product and size which they cancelled was being shown as available. I was annoyed, but still waited for the store credits to buy some thing. I had to wait nearly one month. I waited patiently.i had a store credit of 4998. when i was about to make a purchase and checkout, this transaction got cancelled it said ur credit is zero.in 10 mins it says 2599? when i called customer care, ther are saying i have to wait for 48 to 72 hours as the banks are closedI. what non sense. i havent made any payment. the store credit is lost, that their system has to credit back, where is the bank involved here. am really unhappy with the way d website works. first i had to wait for 1 month to get those credits after my return. now this hoax. i should have read all those complaints about the website in the consumer forum. lot of ppl have said that dey get into such tactics to make customers shop often. now the product i want is available only for 2 days. by the time i get the credits back the product will be gone. I have wait for weeks then again if the same same hoax happens, am nt going to keep quiet
I warn you that if your company is trying to hoax customers into buying more than what they want, you will face severe penal action for the same. I am a lawyer and i ll take all steps possible to bring you down if i get any evidence. So give me back my credits by Monday latest and let me buy sm from your website and close it! if not be prepared for my notice.
