I had purchased one article from online website www.fashionandyou.com on 11th of April'2014 (Order No. 3801897) which was supposed to be a present for my wife whose birthday was on 18th of April'2014 - enough time for the material to be delivered before that. After placing the order when I called up the customer support I was shocked to learn that they will dispatch the goods after 21 days. Even then I agreed to take the delivery. Meanwhile I had to leave the city as I got another job at Kolkata. I called up the company helpline on 25/4/14 for change of delivery address as the material has not been dispatched by that time. I completed the formalities for change of address and got a confirmation mail on 26/4/14 that the material will be delivered to the new address. Even after the confirmation the material was dispatched on 28/4/2014 to the old address which I had already left. I called them to send the material to my new address. I was assured on 2/5/14 that they are talking to the courier company and it will be delivered to my new address shortly. Again called them after few days & I was informed that they do not have re-shipment policy and the money will be refunded to me once they get back the material in their warehouse. They have received the material with them on 14/5/2014 but still they have not refunded the money to me. Every time I get a same stereotype mail that they are looking into the matter and will refund the money shortly. I have all the correspondence with me as a proof.
