i had made purchase on fashion and you site vide order no 4331064, in the month of October 2014, the parcel received was damaged in transit and when i raised a complaint, i was asked to discard the product and was assured that the amount would be refunded. i have submitted my bank details immediately. Since then, 4 months have passed and i have not received my money. everytime i call up their so called customer care, they put me on hold or give a false assurance that money would be refunded in a days or two time. the following are some the executives to whom i have spoken 1. Himanshu 5.bindu satish 6.Rishab Dubey If these people are not in a position to refund an amount of thousand odd rupees, how can we trust the site of Fashion and You for making purchase. This site is nothing but a , where they dont care for the customers and all the poor call center employees are paid to bear the absuses of angry customers for the deeds of Fashion and You
