We have not received any refund or cancellation for my purchase which was wrongly dispatched to some other place due to your system issue.

The order was confirmed by you and its shipping address was as below:

But you have shipped item to some other place. Once contacting you, it was said that there is no re-dispatch facility so you will refund my money.

Kindly proceed refund and cancellation at the earliest.

It is around one month since last communication to you. But it is still pending at your end.

It is very sad to say that no action has been taken since one month in spite of multiple calls and email communication.
Also, i sent last email on 4th june-16, but still there is no communication from your side.

Kindly refund asap. Kindly escalate this matter to higher authority. It is like cheating.
