[Resolved]  Fashion And You — Irresponsible ,negligient service.Not Refunding my money

I am really frustrated now.It has been 12 days since i have returned the product i.e order no.[protected] with shipping no. FNY0014578 .The product has reached to you on 23 Dec as i can see on courier site Nuvo Ex but my money has not been returned as of now. I need the money to buy another product ASAP but your pathetic system is not able to update me regarding my queries.Every time I call up customer care they say that the system is not updated and it is pending with quality team. I want to ask how much time does quality team needs to check the quality. Please return my money back to me as per policy and stop harassing customers like this. If i don't get my money in 1-2 days i will have to take action against you guys.
