Fashion And You — No refund even after product is returned

Hi,
In october, i had ordered one dress from fashionand you site. But i did not like it as it did not look like in the picture. So, on 12th october, i raised a return order and it was collected after 2-3 days. On 25th october, the product reached fashionandyou and i got a confirmation from courier company that it reached. From then onwards, i keep sending reminder emails for my refund. But every day they tell the same thing and send same emails as reply. I never got my money. There is no phone number to be contacted also.
