fashionandyou is a fraud on the name of a website. On 8th March, 2015 I had placed an order consisting of three products, one of which included an atorse trouser. The trouser finally arrived on 15th of March, 2015 and as soon as it arrived, i informed the website that to my utter shock, both the size and the colour of the trouser was absolutely wrong! I immedietely informed the customer support and placed a return for the Order, by e-mail as well as telephonically. Then and there i informed the customer care that i wanted refund in my account and not as fashionandyou credits as i was very disappointed with the website. The customercare informed me that i would have to send them certain bank details. I complied with that as soon as possible on the very same day, and the same was duly acknowledged by website.
However, even after waiting patiently for the return of my Order, i did not received a refund. After about a week i contacted customer care again an to my utter shock and dismay, they told me they did not have the bank details in an utterly careless manner. I expressed my utter disappointment and then they magically said that they had found the bank details in their database. They promised to resolve my issue within two days.
Post that i kept following up to get my issue resolved but to no avail!! After about 5 more days when i contacted them regarding my refund, the customer care informs me that the name and the bank account details do not match and for that i have to sent an id proof. I was literally red with anger as after so much delay they were inorming me of this issue. That too, the company did not once contact me. I was the on following up consistently for my refund!!
Once again they assured me that the issue would be resolved. After that i kept following up with them in several mails and phone calls to resolve my issue and they kept giving me false assurances but took zero action!!!
Now as of today. It has been approximately a month since this issue first arose and i do not even have a whisper of action taken by fashion and you.
This company must note that i will ruin them for their worth if my complaint is not resolved. And i being a lawyer, it is not going to cost anything to me. I will stop at nothing and you may please register and note that! Was this information helpful? |
