Fashion And You — Not initiating Return request

I have ordered a LEVIES JEANS on 10 march 2015 against order No[protected]. And the product was delivered also. But I found that the product was not fit at all. So I ask their customer support team Mr Rajender. For the return process but at the first moment only he refused to raise a return request, But as far as return policy mentioned in their website, its clearly mentioned that the product can be easily returned within 7 days of delivery of product. Hereby I have attached screen shot of their return policy
