Fashion And You — not refunding my money after the return process

I placed an order for a maroon palash saree and instead got red colour of it.
So i mailed them and they accepted my return request and got it picked up from the address. This whole thing happened on 25th may.
From then they have to refund me amount of 1650 or so and they are not refunding it.
Everytime i enquire about it they say that there is a technical problem give some more time n so..

Till date they are giving the same replies.
And not picking up calls.

My amount not refund till now, am waiting from 3 wks do need fully...plsss Tel us to contact us..I want amount very shortly...they are not responding correctly...calls are not connected...They are simply wasting my time...
