Iam sick and tired of doing business with you guys. Is this for real? Do you even check the number of emails I have sent to you guys!! I even gave my user id and password to you guys to fix the Drop cart error. But NO!! Its still there and I can't use either my credits or vouchers!! Can I please get a refund of the said amount of Rs 100+Rs 481 from my last order. Well there is no other way to use it, so for God's sake, please refund this amount from my last order bill. Iam just irritated wasting my time losing my cart items every time I try to select the pay option and then losing out on items when I go back to the main page (as they are sold out)!
And yes just fix this issue. What do I have to do to get rid of this? And why in the world do you issue credits and vouchers if you dont allow customers to use it? Do you even see my frequency of shopping from your site? I literally shop every week! Had I not been in Mexico, I would certainly have given a piece of my mind to you guys over the phone. But I don't want to waste another hour of ISD call as I did last to last week speaking to someone in your CS from US(with no resolution).
So please just refund the credit and voucher back to my credit card I used to place another order today. And despite all this mess I still trust you guys to fix this and shop from you!! Wow!! You should be embarrassed of this. I would really appreciate if someone shares teh number and email of your CEO.
