[Resolved]  Fashion And You — Placing order doesn't mean it will be delivered

Just because discount is alluring doesn't mean you will get the product. I had placed order or CROCS and they CANCELLED MY ORDER saying the product failed there QC and the vendor didn't have stock!! Had placed 6 orders with them and went understood the below points, hard way. 1. Placed ordered can be cancelled for reasons best known to them. 2. Orders seldom reach you by the specified time. 3. Return is tricky and many a times you be said the product cannot be returned. Even if you return the product you wont get back money it will only be refunded as store credit. You have to literally follow up on the orders else product under procurement will stay there forever They are not at all serious about the delivery time . Had place 6 orders over period of time and had to follow up on 4 items to check when will they procure the item and ship. They just CANCELLED MY ORDER when I tried follow. Product was due by 9th July and till 13th July it was showing under procurement only and finally they cancelled If you Order and forget then you will have a pleasant shopping experience, you will be surprised when you receive. As you wont remember when you had ordered in the first place!

Based on your concern, we would like to inform you that as per company policy, we follow a flash sales business model in which we do not hold the stock of products. However, first we display the products on our website for a certain time and once the event is over then we raise a purchase order to our vendor. Once we receive the products from our vendor they goes in a quality check process and once the product passes the quality check, we dispatch the products to our customer. In case the product does not passes the quality check, we try to procure the product from our vendor again and dispatch the same accordingly. In case the products are not available with the vendor in that case we go ahead and cancel the order.

However, we would request you to please share the order details against which you are facing the issues. So that we may check and try to get them dispatch from our end on priority.
