Fashion And You — Product Not Delivered after 17 days

Hi Support, As per my discussion on Friday in FNY call centre below product has been delivered to wrong address somewhere in Bangalore and not to me at Delhi address. Also as per him this issue has been escalated please let me know the action taken or latest update.. ORDER SUMMARY - Order No :[protected] | Order Date : 11/7/2014 Today also after 3 days you guys are so unprofessional that you don't have any idea to where my order number has dispatched if really dispatched as i doubt due to non availability of any mail/intimation received from you either. i seriously don't have 20 minutes to waste on call for an order of 400/- Rs, if the problem is at your or at courier end that doesn't mean, customer has to suffer.
