Dear Fashion and You, You people have given me the worst online shopping experience ever. I had ordered a product on 30th May 2015, and till date I receive response that it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. You have commited timelines for delivery which says 12-13 days. ITS BEEN 20 DAYS and same old story that product is in warehouse and will be dispatche after quality check. Earlier you said it was defected so youll got it replaced. Now you say you do not know when it will be delivered. I am definitely going to file a case in consumer court and see to it that you people pay out an compensation for not meeting your policy and pay a penalty for it.
