Fashion And You — received wrong and defective products

I have ordered 2 footwears from 'www.fashionandyou.com' worth rs 1102 but they have sent me one wrong product and another one defective.

And i have sent so many mails to them but they are not giving any response. They cheated me. The products which they have sent to me are not of any worth.

Please help me in getting my refund.
