I ordered a sandals online & paid by my credit card. The courier partner ecom express did not deliver the product as there was some confusion & was sent back to FashionandYou.
Its been a month that I ordered my product (12th March exactly) & till now I neither have the product nor the money refunded into my account.
How do I go about suing this e commerce retailer?

Also, we have shard the feedback with respective team and the strong action has been taken against the courier partner. We will ensure that you will not face any such issues further.
