Hi, i have been writing mails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com regarding the return i have initiated, the product have been picked up by ecom team as per the tracking id:[protected],, it was clearly mentioned that it has reached the fashion & you team. However i have not received any update regarding the refund nor a mail that the item have reach the fashion and you team. Inspite of constant follow up no response have been provided by the support team. I would like to know on my refund status will you be refunding my amount or not. Regards.
