Product name: inddus women black & red printed bhagalpuri saree
On 5th oct'16, i requested to return the product
Reason for return:
A) the saree was incorrectly printed upside down. The bottom portion is printed on upside and vice-e-versa.
B) saree was incorrectly printed
C) blouse piece is not included as mentioned
D) lots of white spots in the inner portion of the saree
E) product is not what was shown on the website
F&y arranged for the pick up from my place and assured they would initiate the refund process as soon as they receive the parcel. F&y also requested me to share the courier receipt or acknowledgement slip once the pick-up was done, as this will help them to track the shipment and therefore i also shared the invoice with f&y.
After more than 3 weeks of returning the product, the refund was not processed, so i emailed f&y. A number of emails were sent to f&y but i use to get a system generated apology email everytime... That's it.
Throughout this time i have been trying to reach f&y on support number i. E. +[protected] as mentioned on the website. I use to stay online for 15-20 minutes but no one answers the call. I have spent so much on these calls. This is really disappointing and pathetic. I kept sending emails to f&y for resolution.
On 7th nov i got mail from f&y stating that the refund will be done in 3-5 working days which never happened. On 25th nov i again sent en email inquiring about the status of my refund. Now i receive a mail stating the refund will happen within 6-8 working days. Its been more than 2 months now and my money is still not refunded.
This was the worst online experience i have ever had. I am looking forward for a resolution and get my refund.
