Fashion And You — refund not done..its two months now | |||||
Hi Team, I purchased 11 products from Fashion and you website in jan and returned it due to poor quality in jan month only. Since 1st week of Feb I am doing continuous follow up but not receiving a single mail from there end. Also they don't have customer care number and sending mails to the support team is waste. It will tell that ticket no XX is opened and team will respond to you within 24 hours but not a single reply I got since I returned the product. Order No is[protected] and amount is 5230 rupees.
