The order has been returned by july, but the refund has not been initiated so far. I already faced a similar issue regarding my refund. Why are you making complications with such simpler things? I didn't ever face such situation with other leading online stores. Since i had a very good shopping experiences earlier & i love the collections at fashion and you, i keep coming back here.
