Fashion and you has shipped me a wrong product with ref to my order no[protected]. I order for a cream & peach saree but i received some other saree. Order was placed on 4 th april 2016. When the matter was referred to customer service executive they arranged for reverse pick up on 25th april and since than till today i am waiting for refund of my amount.. Every time i call or mail the customer support team they ask for more time & than forget about it... I feel cheated and i am anxious for my refund amount.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
