[Resolved] Fashion And You — Refund not received since more than 15 days

This is regarding my online shopping at the FASHION AND YOU site. I ordered some products and everytime I made a purchase they cancelled it automatically deducting all my amount. Now I am mailing them since 13th Feb for my refund and not received even 1 reply from them.
This really shows no matter how much these guys publicise themselves as standard online portal, from inside this site is actually the worst I have experienced.
Whether it is the poor quality of their products, late deliveries or late refunds or their dont give a damn attitude towards customers when we mail or call them.
Let me just tell you guys that without being customer focused you cannot succeed in the long run no matter how much you try to publicize yourself
