We bought a product from fashionandyou.com worth rs. 2922 + cash on delivery charges of rs. 35. As per the company policy if the customer does not like the product he/she may return the product and get the refund. I logged a refund request on october 10, 2016 and i was informed that product will be picked, till date the product has not been picked.
