Very bad experience.
Return - size doesn't fit - order no[protected]
Have purchased 3 shirts. Returned due to size not fitting. Have been writing mails for refund. The only thing i get is a standard mail saying we sincerely apologize for delay in refund, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your refund details to our concerned department, the same would be done at the earliest.
The 1st email was sent of 27th april and i am still awaiting my refund. It been month and more than 15 emails have been exchanged but no refund
Really disappointed with the treatment, that i have to send so many mails for my own money.
I expect the reply and refund in my account immediately.
Would request if anybody can suggest with whom should i communicate to get my money back. Was this information helpful? |
