i ordered a bag from fashion and you on 26/05/2015 which was delivered to me 03/06/2015 the product details are as follow: Adisa Handbag Order number:[protected] Product Code:[protected] The images on the website showed a very decent quality of the bag. The colour of bag shown on website is pure white.However, I was let down once I opened the parcel. The bag is made of a poor quality material, and it looked like 100rs bag bought from street. the bag is in unused condition and i requested for return on the same day of delivery we can't check the quality just by looking at the pictures so i asked them for the return cause I refuse to accept the bag in this condition and quality. but they refused so i request this bag should be returned and refund should be made and this website should have policies like all other websites which have no question asked return policy Was this information helpful? | |||
