I had ordered product with FnY, which I didnt like, so I returned. As they didnt have option of crediting money back to bank, I accepted store credit. Credits were equivalent to 2000 Rs. Later, when I thought of buying something from them again, credits weren't available. I have repeatedly called them again from november '15 and heard no definite response from them except that "there has been some server upgrade, due to which this problem has occurred, we will soon update your credits". It didnt happen. Later they said that my credits have expired (btw, I received no communication from them, stating that my credits will soon expire). Enough is enough, and i decided to keep track of tickets and followup diligently (tracked calls and mail since sep'16). After being a patient customer for this much time, I feel highly harassed now. I want my money back. My bank details are already with your company. Kindly issue payment.
