Want to return unsatisfied product and mailed regarding this but every time they sent only ticket no. But no action on this

Following items are not satisfactory according to my own view so please return these items.

As i have already sent 2 mails regarding this problem and this is my 3rd mail and last mail to you.

Next time i may take help of consumer forum and customer grievance cell for this problem and may see you in court.

As on you website no customer care phone no. And with the help of other websites your customer care no. [protected] not reachable.
