Fashion And You — Wrong product delivered - no refund nor reverse pick up

I placed my order for the product on[protected] vide Order No. 4237325 for Faux Georgette Saree with Blouse. Product Code RT8704 - Pink colour saree with silver and cream dupion silk material blouse. I got my product delivered to me on[protected] but the received saree was a different shade of pink and blouse colour golden and cream. Same day i intimated your company about wrong product delivered to me. Your company claims of " 7 day easy returns" Since no reverse pick up was made I have sent back the product to your address on[protected]. There is no intimation from your end about the receipt of the product nor any store credit available. I have confirmed with the courier agency and they said the product is delivered at the shipping address. More than one month has passed by. I had to pay Rs. 350 for courier charges. Wasted around Rs.100 calling your customer care people several times. Sent Numerous mails. Absolute no response from the company. This is my worst shopping experience
