I've ordered two sarees (1 banarasi silk saree and a fancy saree) on 23-12-17 which were very nice in the website but i got 2 worst sarees instead. I even tried to send a mail which was in the site but the mail was showing error many times. The order number was 13457 on cash on delivery basis. The phone no. Given for contact is [protected] but not responding. Please take severe action on this site so that many of them will be rescued from this fraud. It'll be appreciable if the company replace the items with what we have ordered or refund the amount. Everytime we sent the mail, got the following

"delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to [protected]@nitrowp.com. Gmail will retry for 21 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently".
