I received a call to purchase the deal of the day offer, and if I do so, they told me I will get assured free gifts like a laptop, LED TV or cash price. I purchased the shirt worth Rs. 899 from that deal of the day offer. But I wanted to cancel my order right after placing the order. I don't need the assured free gifts which they promised, and I told them to just cancel my order because I did not get a confirmation mail for my order which 'Shivani Rajput' told me she would send immediately after the call. She told me it cannot be done.
I called them up again, but they refuse to pick up my calls and there is no customer service number. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | 
Thereafter, I placed an order for woodland wallet worth Rs. 599/- (didn't received confirmation mail). On 20 Oct 17, they said that you have won IPhone 7 and asked for Rs. 10, 619/- as a GST amount which I paid through net banking but I didn't receive bill or confirmation mail for the same. On 21 Oct 17 they asked for insurance money of Rs. 19, 999/- which I refused to pay and asked to cancelled my order (verbal & written) and also requested refund of my money paid as GST. They denied to refund my money. Therefore, I asked for GSTIN no. and office address (which is not mentioned in his website) but denied and abused me.
Then also I requested the customer care numerous times to refund the amount paid by me as GST rs. 10, 619/- and product money rs. 599/- but all efforts were in vain...
