I got a call from a lady on novmeber 11, 2017. He told me that if i purchased any item above 599 on their website i will win a sure gift from three items viz laptop, micromax tv or guaranteed cash above 20, 000. So i purchased an headphone from their website and i got a call from gift department.. A girl answered my call (Name anjali sharma) and she told me that i got a laptop of worth 75000. She told me to get this gift i have to pay gst of 11300 approx and then i could avail that gift without talking about any other charges.. So i did the payment and was assured that i would get a laptop.. Next day i called to know status of my order but she told me that i have to pay an insurance of nearly 15000 which i will get refunded. I denied and asked them for refund.. She denied and told me that its not possible and she told me that i could purchase an order of same price.. As their product at price range of 11000 were of no use to me i denied.. I even contacted their boss (Name rahul roy) and even have a chat transcription of that.. He told me that he is going to give me a polo kit+induction cooker. As i have them at home i denied.. They are not attending my phone... And they havent gave correct address of their office on their website. Plus i even cannot access my order. They are totally frayd people and looting peoples money. Also i didnt even got any information regarding my order which i booked. These people should be in jail. Why such crap things exist... This website should be banned... Even though you pay they will ask for more money.. I also got trapped in their offer... Was this information helpful? | |||||
